Hi, I’m Jaime Brooke, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified RESTART® Instructor. Restart is a guided comprehensive 5-week program prioritizing a whole food approach. This awesome program combines the simple elements of an up-to-date nutrition education, a built-in 3 week Real Food Challenge, and small group support into a powerful way to kickstart a new healthy lifestyle.

What You Will Learn:

Week 1: Wednesday, January 8th at 6:30pm. This week is all about PREPARATION and planning. We will talk about what to expect from the program, and how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD challenge.You’ll set your intentions for the program, and lastly you’ll receive a foods list which will guide you on what to eat and what not to eat throughout RESTART®.

Week 2: Wednesday, January 15th at 6:30pmThis week is all about DIGESTION. Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.

Week 3: Wednesday, January 22nd at 6:30pm-BLOOD SUGAR REGULATION. This week we will learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and how to get off the sugar rollercoaster.

Week 4: Wednesday, January 29th at 6:30pm. We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.

Week 5: Wednesday, February 5th at 6:30pm-YOU DID IT! You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.

As a licensed Restart instructor, I am offering small group classes that help us understand the benefits of a real, whole food diet. The Restart® Program consists of in-person OR virtual, once weekly classes for 5 weeks. The Restart Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a break from sugar and processed foods.
